Global Women’s Innovation Institute (GWII) is an emerging educational and applied-learning initiative in organizational development, created to explore pathways that expand women’s economic opportunity, innovation, and community participation across cultures.

The Institute’s current planning draws from interdisciplinary perspectives including business, law, education, and the humanities. Future initiatives may involve collaboration with universities, cooperatives, nonprofit organizations, and community institutions as partnerships and organizational readiness develop.

GWII intends to evaluate its future work through indicators that align with its mission and available programming. Potential areas of focus may include educational participation, entrepreneurial activity, community engagement, and long-term capacity building.
