WILL POWER is the Institute’s developing framework for exploring connections among education, mentorship, and opportunity pathways that may support women-led enterprise and community development. Program concepts and future initiatives remain in development and may evolve based on pilot learning, organizational readiness, community feedback, partnership opportunities, legal requirements, and available funding.
